Mounteverest Trading approves conversion of warrants

Mounteverest Trading & Investment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2010, has approved the conversion of 1133250 Warrants and 441250 Fully Convertible Debentures into equal number of equity shares. Further, 3399750 bonus shares and 1323750 bonus shares respectively have also been allotted towards their bonus entitlement.

The stock closed the day at Rs.173.90, up by Rs.6.50 or 3.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.173.90 and low of Rs.165.05.

The total traded quantity was 184 compared to 2 week average of 791.
