Sasken Communication Grants 70000 Stock Options

Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has granted 70,000 Stock Options on July 30, 2010 to its and subsidiary's identified employees under ESOP Plan 2006 at a price of Rs. 201 per option. The grant of above stock options is in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended and as per the terms of the Stock Option Plan. The options will vest over a period of 3 years.

The stock closed the day at Rs.207.85, down by Rs.2.05 or 0.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.214.90 and low of Rs.206.35.
