Ocean Agro India to reissue 1.2 million shares

Ocean Agro India Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on August 02, 2010 have passed a special resolution to Reallot / reissue not exceeding 12,00,000 equity shares of the Company to persons other than existing Shareholders of the Company. Accordingly the Board of Directors decided to re-allot / re-issue 11,92,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 3/- each, the price arrived as per Clause 76 of Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.20, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20 and low of Rs.20.

The total traded quantity was 200 compared to 2 week average of 343.
