Veer Energy to decide opening date of QIP issue on Aug 09, 2010

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2010, inter alia, to decide the opening of QIP Issue and the other related issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.97, down by Rs.0.01 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.10 and low of Rs.6.92.
