Sterling Holiday Resorts converts 1075000 warrants

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2010, have allotted 10,75,000 Equity Shares on conversion of Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.89.35, up by Rs.5.10 or 6.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.65 and low of Rs.84.95.

The total traded quantity was 4.94 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.36 lakhs.
