Igarashi Motors to consider raising funds on Aug 12, 2010

Igarashi Motors India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2010 to consider approving, subject to approval of shareholders in general meeting to be convened, an enabling resolution authorizing the Company to raise equity capital either through Preferential Allotment of shares or Qualified Institutional Placement or such other means as may be considered appropriate.

The stock closed the day at Rs.66.50, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.95 and low of Rs.65.50.
