Religare Enterprises allots 11840 Equity Shares under ESOS

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on August 03, 2010, has allotted 11,840 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 127930863 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 1,279,308,630/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.415, up by Rs.3.95 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.416.85 and low of Rs.409.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.22 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.14 lakhs.
