Educomp Solutions allots 4900 shares under ESOP scheme

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that the remuneration committee of the Company on July 30, 2010 has allotted 4,900 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006 & 2008.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,08,85,606/- consisting of 9,54,42,803 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,08,95,406/- consisting 9,54,47,703 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.607.70, down by Rs.10.15 or 1.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.621.40 and low of Rs.605.80.

The total traded quantity was 1.19 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.93 lakhs.
