RIL allots 523388 Equity Shares

Reliance Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 5,23,388 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, on July 23, 2010 to its employees, pursuant to the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1009.60, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1020.40 and low of Rs.1004.

The total traded quantity was 8.71 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.14 lakhs.
