Indusind Bank allots 20600 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 20,600 (Twenty thousand Six Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 30, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.203.85, up by Rs.0.80 or 0.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208.80 and low of Rs.202.

The total traded quantity was 117544 compared to 2 week average of 148750.
