Mold-Tek Packaging to consider allotment of 22.40 lakh warrants on Aug 06,2010

Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2010, for allotment of 22,40,000 Fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis.
