Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 30366 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on July 29, 2010 has allotted 30,366 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

26,616 equity shares are allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche). 3,750 equity shares are allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche).

The stock was trading at Rs.769.70, up by Rs.5 or 0.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.770 and low of Rs.763.

The total traded quantity was 29274 compared to 2 week average of 179988.
