Zensar Technologies allots 21589818 Bonus Shares

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on July 24, 2010 has allotted 21,589,818 Equity Shares as fully paid up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (One Share for every existing Equity Share) to the Shareholders of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.179.25, up by Rs.0.90 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.177.
