Blue Circle to consider raising funds on July 31, 2010

Blue Circle Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2010, to consider raising further Capital by way of Issue of Equity Shares/Warrants on Preferential basis to Promoters & Non Promoters.

The Board will also approve proposal to Increase Authorized Capital and to update Memorandum & Articles of Association.
