Ceat to consider preferential issue on July 27, 2010

Ceat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2010, to consider and approve allotment of warrants on a preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.136.25, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.139 and low of Rs.136.

The total traded quantity was 0.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.47 lakhs.
