Rander Corporation to consider preferential issue on July 30, 2010

Rander Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2010, to consider the proposal to increase its authorised share capital from Rs. Five Crores to Rs. Twelve Crores Fifty Lacs.

The Board will consider proposal for preferential allotment of the equity shares of the Company.

The Board will also consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.12, up by Rs.0.62 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.12 and low of Rs.13.10.

The total traded quantity was 885 compared to 2 week average of 724.
