Choksi Laboratories to consider warrants issue on July 24, 2010

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of Convertible Equity Warrants on preferential basis by the Company, subject to approval of members of the Company and Stock Exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.30.45, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31 and low of Rs.29.10.

The total traded quantity was 1.36 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.77 lakhs.
