Indusind Bank allots 120100 Shares under ESOS

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 1,20,100 (One Lakh Twenty Thousand One Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 20, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stack Option Scheme (ESOS).

The said, shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.210, up by Rs.1.95 or 0.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.212.50 and low of Rs.209.45.

The total traded quantity was 57261 compared to 2 week average of 337466.
