Thomas Cook to issue and allot shares to LKP Forex Ltd

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2007, has considered the issue and allotment of shares to the shareholders of LKP Forex Ltd pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation.
