Future Capital Holdings allots 506500 equity shares

Future Capital Holdings Ltd has announced that the Compensation and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation on July 15, 2010, has allotted 506,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs. 102/- to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the FCH ESOS - 2008.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 63,602,984 (Nos.) to 64,109,484 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.243, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.246.90 and low of Rs.236.60.

The total traded quantity was 127154 compared to 2 week average of 291393.
