Rajoo Engineers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 15, 2010, inter alia, to allot equity shares on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.93, up by Rs.1.29 or 9.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.05 and low of Rs.13.80.
