Ballarpur Industries redeems $52 million worth Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated July 01, 2009 regarding buyback of Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCBs) of US Dollar 8.00 Million out of total ZCCBs of US Dollar 60.00 Million, that the balance ZCCBs of US Dollar 52.00 Million have matured and redeemed by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.80, down by Rs.0.70 or 2.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.55 and low of Rs.33.55.

The total traded quantity was 606709 compared to 2 week average of 1752151.
