Glenmark Pharma allots 7400 Shares under ESOS 2003

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on July 10, 2010, has allotted 7,400 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.275, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.276.90 and low of Rs.273.10.
