Dr Agarwals Eye to allot 12,50,000 shares to promoters

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2007, inter alia, to allot 12,50,000 Equity shares on a Preferential Basis to the Promoters.
