Redington India allots 91659 shares

Redington (India) Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on July 09, 2010 the allotment of 91,659 (Ninety One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Nine Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 120/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
