Gruh Finance allots 15625 Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 15,625 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on July 08, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,86,39,960 consisting 3,48,63,996 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.316.25, down by Rs.0.90 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.321.75 and low of Rs.314.10.
