Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 07, 2010, has issued and allotted 16,64,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a premium of Rs. 507.03 (Rupees Five hundred Seven and Three Paise only) per share.

The stock was trading at Rs.510, down by Rs.4.15 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.514 and low of Rs.507.
