Surya Roshni to consider allotment of 11430000 warrants

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that the meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company will be held on July 12, 2010, to consider and allot the 1,14,30,000 Optionally Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to Promoters Group including Persons Acting in Concert.

The stock closed the day at Rs.89.50, up by Rs.1.15 or 1.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.75 and low of Rs.87.60.

The total traded quantity was 59739 compared to 2 week average of 61615.
