Shiva Cement to consider allotment of warrants at Rs.3.55

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2007, to consider Allotment of 4,50,00,000 Nos. Equity share warrants of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 1.55 per warrant (application money Rs 0.36 per warrant) on preferential basis.
