HDFC allots 374970 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on June 28, 2010, allotted 3,74,970 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 290,95,13,030 consisting of 29,09,51,303 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2959.80, up by Rs.23.15 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2968.95 and low of Rs.2915.50.

The total traded quantity was 30342 compared to 2 week average of 73178.
