Hindustan Unilever allots 74286 Equity Shares

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its Meeting held on June 25, 2010, has allotted 74,286 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as "2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme".

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,20,80,402 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,23,16,174 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.267.70, up by Rs.1.15 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.269.40 and low of Rs.266.55.

The total traded quantity was 20691 compared to 2 week average of 382810.
