Maytas Infra grants 1257154 Employee Stock Options under ESOP

Maytas Infra Ltd has announced that the Remuneration Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on March 23, 2010, has granted in-principle approval for allocating 12,57,154 stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme-2009 at a closing market price as on March 23, 2010.

Based on the actual allotment, the number of stock options allotted worked out to 12,01,407 and therefore it may please be considered that the final number of stock option allotted is 12,01,407 (Twelve lakh one thousand four hundred and seven only) under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.211.50, up by Rs.2.50 or 1.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.215.60 and low of Rs.208.35.

The total traded quantity was 370806 compared to 2 week average of 1231923.
