Patni Computer Systems allots 25212 equity shares under Company's Stock Option Plan

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated June 18, 2010 has allotted 25,212 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain option holders, pursuant to the exercise of options granted to them under Company's Stock Option Plan.

The stock was trading at Rs.514.50, up by Rs.7.40 or 1.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.518 and low of Rs.502.

The total traded quantity was 73228 compared to 2 week average of 87840.
