Trent allots 21825 equity shares

Trent Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors vide its Resolution dated June 22, 2010 have approved the allotment of 21,825 Equity Shares to certain Employees of the Company who had been granted Stock Options under the Company's Employees' Stock Options Scheme approved earlier by the Shareholders.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 20,05,68,770 divided into 2,00,56,877 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.903.90, down by Rs.4.30 or 0.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.917 and low of Rs.895.

The total traded quantity was 1381 compared to 2 week average of 15409.
