Core Projects allots 8237 shares

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Shareholders & Investors Grievance Committee held on June 23, 2010, the Committee has allotted 8,237 equity shares to the employees of the Company under CORE Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007.

The Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company post this allotment will be Rs. 20,51,32,826 comprising of 10,25,66,413 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.208.55, up by Rs.4.90 or 2.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.213.50 and low of Rs.202.75.

The total traded quantity was 580266 compared to 2 week average of 434604.
