Glodyne Technoserve allots 1453221 Shares

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that, consequent to the preferential allotment of 14,53,221 (Fourteen Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty One) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Non Promoter Subscribers made by the Managing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 23, 2010, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 22,52,26,920 to Rs. 23,97,59,130/- comprising of 2,39,75,913 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.791.45, up by Rs.31.55 or 4.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.795 and low of Rs.746.55.
