Panoramic Universal allots 64787500 bonus shares

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the approval of shareholders of the Company by way of postal ballot whose results were declared on June 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2010 has allotted 6,47,87,500 equity shares as bonus shares to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 5:1 i.e. five Bonus Shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up against every one share held by shareholders as on June 22, 2010 being the record date.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 38,87,25,000 consisting of 7,77,45,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.45, up by Rs.1.50 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.32.45 and low of Rs.32.45.

The total traded quantity was 29033 compared to 2 week average of 47658.
