Spicejet allots 6641280 Shares consequent upon conversion of FCCB

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 6,641,280 equity shares of Rs. 10 each consequent upon exercise of conversion option by FCCB holders.

The allottees include WLR Recovery III (India) Ltd - 368,960 shares, WLR Recovery IV/ESC (India) Ltd - 2,213,760 shares, India Asset Recovery Fund Ltd - 2,951,680 shares and WLR/GS (India) Ltd - 1,106,880 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.60.35. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60.70 and low of Rs.59.50.

The total traded quantity was 1339346 compared to 2 week average of 6437362.
