HDFC allots 521429 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on June 21, 2010, allotted 5,21,429 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 290,57,63,330 consisting of 29,05,76,333 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2982, down by Rs.2.20 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2996.70 and low of Rs.2939.

The total traded quantity was 33595 compared to 2 week average of 84684.
