Tech Mahindra approves allotment of 559452 shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 18, 2010 for issue and allotment of a total of 559,452 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants under ESOP.

442,567 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2004 (ESOP 2004) and 116,885 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.738.10, up by Rs.3.25 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.749.90 and low of Rs.737.

The total traded quantity was 22752 compared to 2 week average of 108620.
