Apis India allots 737533 shares to promoter group

Apis India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2010, has allotted 7,37,533 Equity Shares to Promoter group and 3,16,085 Equity Shares to Non-Promoter group on Preferential basis.
