Hindustan Unilever allots 319335 Equity Shares

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on June 18, 2010, has allotted 3,19,335 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as '2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme'.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,20,06,116 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,22,41,888 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.257.30, up by Rs.4.35 or 1.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.258 and low of Rs.250.

The total traded quantity was 241177 compared to 2 week average of 323946.
