PI Drugs allots 10,00,000 equity shares at Rs.47

PI Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007 has considered the request of M/s. Fraxis Life Sciences Pvt Ltd a promoter, holder of 10,00,000 convertible warrants, who has agreed to abide by and continue to comply the conditions of issue of said warrants, and issued and allotted 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 37/- per share in the capital of the Company to them.
