Beckons Industries approves allotment of 49852800 shares

Beckons Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2010, has approved the allotment of 49,852,800 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each underlying 24,92,640 GDRs.
