Infotech Enterprises allots 55552348 Bonus Shares

Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors has allotted 5,55,52,348 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each by capitalizing the free reserves and distributed as fully paid up bonus shares in the proportion of 1 Equity Share for every 1 existing Equity Share held by the members of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members/Register of Beneficiaries as on June 12, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.190, down by Rs.2.95 or 1.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.195 and low of Rs.189.15.
