Glodyne Technoserve Grants 36000 Stock Option under ESOS

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 10, 2010, has granted 36,000 stock options (each option carrying right to apply for one Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) to the eligible employees / Non Executive Director(s) (including any independent director) of the Company and its subsidiary.

Against each such stock option, the eligible employees will have right to apply for and get allotted one equity share at a exercise price of Rs. 581.45/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Eighty One and Paise Forty Five only) being the closing market price on NSE, where the trading volume in the Company's shares was higher, on the last trading day prior to the Meeting of Compensation Committee. The vesting period & conditions for the said options is as prescribed in grant letters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.602.30, up by Rs.15.50 or 2.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.608 and low of Rs.593.10.

The total traded quantity was 73998 compared to 2 week average of 70596.
