Jyoti Structures allots 26350 Equity Shares & 4450 Options under Employees Stock Option Scheme

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated June 11, 2010 has allotted 26,350 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The company also granted further 4,450 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 26,350 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,40,61,530 divided into 8,20,30,765 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.150.65, up by Rs.5.15 or 3.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.80 and low of Rs.146.55.

The total traded quantity was 122197 compared to 2 week average of 75200.
