IFB Industries allots 137500 equity shares under Employees Stock Purchase Scheme

IFB Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on June 08, 2010 allotted 1,37,500 no. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to eligible employees of the Company under Employees Stock Purchase Scheme 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.117.60, up by Rs.2.35 or 2.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.121.75 and low of Rs.115.70.
