Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, has made allotment of 19,93,800 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at the price of Rs 25/- per share aggregating to Rs 4,98,45,000/- to the proposed allottees as per details below:

2. Mrs. Anisha Raoof Dhanani: 3,30,000 Shares
3. Miss. Sumera Raoof Dhanani: 2,50,000 Shares
4. Miss. Saba Raoof Dhanani: 1,50,000 Shares
5. Miss. Sadjya Raoof Dhanani: 1,50,000 Shares
6. Mr. Siraj Rahimtulla: 1,93,800 Shares
7. Mr. Ramiz Fazal Mohamed Darvesh: 2,50,000 Shares
