Amtek Auto allots 576827 equity shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 08, 2010 have allotted 576,827 equity shares at Rs. 458.64/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 5.9 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.158, down by Rs.4.45 or 2.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.40 and low of Rs.156.

The total traded quantity was 23835 compared to 2 week average of 67746.
